Went back to return a vise grip and the service was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful. I was in and out of the store in a handful of minutes, got the perfect item, and satisfied with the service. Would recommend, and the manager was a huge help
Absolute ripoff. I just paid $25 to copy two keys and neither works. One can’t turn and the other doesn’t even fit in the lock without jamming. They completely just scammed me. Stay away.
Great shop, not too high prices for small place like this in manhattan. Owner speaks Russian and English, also you can find Spanish speakers. They will find for you any item for any task

Excellent. I visited 5 stores and couldn't find what I needed. Union Square Supply was my last visit. They didn't have the type of cable lock I wanted, but they solved my problem by making one!
Alex is 10/10! We had an issue with our sink and he knew exactly how to fix it! Smart guy and so nice!!
They can do ALL THE KEYS and have gardening stufd, household and cleaning supplies, tools and locks. So much better for keys than the stupid machines that don't cut right. This is your new go-to spot.
