urBin Smart Storage & Moving

I've used urBin a few times and it's been a great experience every time - particularly this last one. I was moved into a new place by Zura, and he was awesome. Not just knowledgable and a caring dude, but genuine, funny, and a really good energy. And it was just him moving me in, too! He did it all and he did it well. Worth trusting these guys, I've never had a bad experience.

We had such a great experience with URBIN STORAGE! When the pandemic started we had to put our stuff in storage and eventually moved out to Texas. We traded the big city life to suburban big house life and thanks to Karl for hooking us up with their signature plastic bins, and their team for taking care of our stuff and ultimately delivering to our new home. The whole process was seamless and STRESS-FREE! I refer them to all my friends in New York City! Thanks guys.

On moving day, the team arrived promptly and were friendly, professional, and efficient. They took great care in packing and loading my belongings, making sure everything was properly secured and protected. When we arrived at my new home, the team again worked quickly and efficiently to unload and unpack everything. They even helped me set up some of my larger pieces of furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone who's moved recently knows the immense stress of the entire process. From start to finish, I couldn't have had a better experience with UrBin and the physical move was seamless. I was amazed by how easy the planning was. I was able to send a video walk through of my apartment and they used that to itemize and provide a quote. Other than the movers, everything that could have gone wrong did. My building elevator broke for almost a month. I needed to reschedule the move more than once and eventually gave up and used the stairs. UrBin was not only flexible but easy to work with amid all the changes on my side. The movers did an incredible job negotiating an extra tight stairwell and took great care with my items. I couldn't recommend them more highly if you want to help alleviate stress during your move. Super easy and helpful to book even on short notice. I worked with Zura, Zura, Vako and Nika - they were so kind and positive and helpful! I was very nervous to pack up and move after living in my apartment for several years and they were immensely helpful! They got the job done from packing to loading to even helping me take out some trash after my cleaner last minute cancelled. They truly saved the day. My bf and I are moving again in August and UrBin will 100% be the team I call to help with my move!

I was looking for a relocation service. After long research (the market is full of options) I chose urBin Moving and Storage. From the first interaction, Karl and his team were responsive, understanding, and professionals regarding all aspects of the move. Such a big move/step could be incredibly stressful, urBin team was a huge support, always available and accessible for any question or concern. On the day of the move, the movers were highly organized, motivated, and friendly, they truly made the experience stress-free as possible. There were some (unexpected) last-minute changes on our end, but Karl instantly adjusted and found the best solution to make sure the plan continues as scheduled. A very good experience!
