AutoZone Auto Parts

Today at 9 AM, I went to the AutoZone at 330 Broad St, Newark, NJ 07104. A young man named Kenneth helped me. I was short on time and had an emergency because the battery in my car key had died, and I needed to move my car urgently since it was parked in a spot where they were about to start work. From the moment I walked in, his service was terrible. I showed him the key, and he told me I should have opened it myself, that he couldn't. I usually go to the AutoZone on Harrison, and the people who work there are always very friendly. He clearly didn't know how to open it; he didn't have the right tool. Instead of helping me, he went to another register to start ringing up someone else. When I finally managed to open it in my desperation, I showed him the type of battery, and he said, "Oh, I don't have that one." This young man's attitude was awful. I really don't plan on going back to this place. As employees, you should be ready to help the customer, but in this case, it was the complete opposite.

I always shop at this location. Friendly and helpful. Especially RASHEEM. He helpful and will have you leaving with a smile on your face. I know he’s gonna see this lol you helped me with my battery lol

Best autozone and town Rasheem has been a great help throughtout the fixing of my vehicle. He is very helpful, friendly and truly cares for the customer. He's the guy to go to.

I want to give a big thank you to Chris at AutoZone for going above and beyond. I needed a new battery, he was able to find the new battery to replace the old one and he went out of his way with some other services I needed, amazing person and respectful, patient, understanding, and friendly we even laughed a bit. He was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thanks again, Chris

The parts were great and fit as advertised. The only complaint I have is that part of my order was placed for pickup in Boston at an AutoZone there. But all in all the employee in Boston was very good and helpful in returning the amount back to my card and helped me to be able to get the parts at a store near me.

Do not recommend this store… you get there asking for any help the only answer you going to get out of their mouth is(Whatever you see on the shelf is what we have) and that’s it…and they not even look at your face…
