The most awful customer service I have experienced of late. Do not make the same mistake I made and buy a battery from them if it turns out bad, they will not replace it. Steer clear or be in my predicament … the owner of a bad NAPA brand battery. I will never do business with NAPA again. They insisted that the battery was okay despite it discharging, and testing as bad on a Schumacher Charger which is one best chargers in the business. Their asinine answer go and charge it. It had been on the charger for a week at that point. At 100% charge it holds only 437 CCA despite being less than three months old and having a rating of 550 CCA. As to the store, it’s dirty and very tired looking, some of the stock looks like its from the Reagan Administration. I should have known better than to do business with them. The process to sort this out with NAPA will be painful because they don’t own the stores. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. They don’t care an iota about their customers.

JULIO AND WILLY NEED TO BE FIRED! Amateur/ rookies/ unprofessional/ JULIO & willy need to educated on his position. You are just reception for napa nothing serious boys! Wait till I post yah pictures lmfaooo I recently had a misfortune dealing with Napa crew, and let me tell you, it was a CIRCUS OF INCOMPETANCE! JULIO, the so-called associated, must have gotten his customer service skills from another planet. He was not just rude, but im pretty sure he's the missing link between customers service and disaster. Willy needs a crash course in how not to drive customers away. Instead of managing, he seems to be leading a masterclass on how to be completely oblivious to customer satisfaction. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy. If you enjoy being treated like your are interrupting their coffee break or dealing with people who seem to have skipped the "customer service 101" then by all means, go to Napa auto parts in newark. But if you have an ounce of self respect, steer clear.

Make sure you shop around this place is expensive...Why are there prices3 times the average price of your regular store....
