They need to work on attitude training for all cashier's. They are not prepared & have to always ask a manager because they spew out false information. They are not able to answer questions. The older woman who has worked for a long time behind the register shouldn't deal with the public at all. This place needs a full reset and major attitude adjustment. They are a leaky faucet of DRAMA. NOT GOOD. No! This review is enough! Am not going to speak to you. These are all facts ! Not like you run perfect stores! Everyone needs improvement! Your answer is part of the problem!

I’ve been a loyal Ace Hardware customer for 15 years plus. The location is conveniently across the street from my house so there’s no need to go to Walmart for any hardware needs. But after my experience today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I came in to get some keys made. And the cashier Cynthia demanded that I leave my backpack at the register, And I said, even though I’m just getting keys made, she said yes so OK as I’m getting my keys made I noticed a woman wearing a Messenger Bag and three women with big purses. So I asked her what was the difference between my backpack and their purses she said because it’s a backpack I felt racially profiled. To assume that everyone is a thief is absurd. Due to that, my Patronage is done.

The store is amazing!! The customer service, the extra help, the follow-up... And even advising on some how to's on home projects! I've shopped here for over 20 years and they have consistently delivered!
