Outstanding Customer Service from Kristina Ray at American Classic Storage I want to give a huge shoutout to Kristina Ray, the manager at American Classic Storage. From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Her customer service is truly out of this world — she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel welcome and taken care of. What stands out most is her amazing personality. Kristina is always friendly and approachable, and our conversations often go beyond just storage — we’ll chat about just about anything, and she always brings positive energy to every interaction. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine kindness, but Kristina does it effortlessly. She’s a big reason why I continue to use American Classic Storage. Highly recommend! This place is never cleaned, they raised the monthly rate because to providing you the best in convenience, cleanliness, and security, with customer service that exceeds your expectations. Never been happy with the place and have been there for a long time. Management is difficult to deal with and is always rude when asking for insurance by threating you with increases.

I would NEVER put my things in storage again in life. This was the most horrible experience. I got a storage for a short period of time and rodents pooped and peed all on my stuff. The ate a little bit of the wood to my headboard to my bed. Pollen was all over my stuff and I’m allergic. I went to the front office and the lady was rude no customer service support, she stated "what did I expect it’s a shed." Mind you this was my first experience I never had to put my things in a storage before. Yes it’s a shed but I thought my belongings was going to be protected.

Kristina was so helpful! I recommend this storage unit facility. I checked other businesses but this had the best price and most helpful personnel.

Highly Recommend!! We just closed out our climate-controlled storage unit at American Classic Storage at Bell King Rd., Newport, News, VA, after 7 years. The units are well-maintained and the employees are always very helpful! They worked with us each time we had a special request and were always pleasant and very professional.

Excellent customer service (Kristina- manager , Brian, Garret, John-Boss), easy online reservation process, needs to have a solid backup staffing plan to keep the grounds clean & monitor unauthorized activity. Wouldn't recommend if you need long term storage, it is not temperature controlled and unfortunately had a mice problem because of tenants not following rules and leaving food and trash out and in their individual storage.

Kristina was an amazing customer service rep. While the unit was a bit more costly than I had originally hoped to spend, the overall experience made it worthwhile. Definitely recommend these people for anyone who is in need of a storage unit.
