My wife recently experienced battery issues with her car. We had bought the battery less than two years ago and somehow, it went bad. We went to AutoZone on Warwick, Newport News, Va and Kurt B. made us feel at home from jump street. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while diagnosing my wife's car. He made sure that we were able to get our warranty refund and new battery immediately. While he was working on her car, he walked her through every step he was doing. In no time, my wife's car was back on the road. Thank you Kurt for taking care of us like we were family. I will definitely be recommending AutoZone to all of our families and friends. So an employee checked why I got an engine light. He gave me false information. He said it was p2090 but clearly it’s P2C90. Be careful everyone, autozone employee will give false information about your vehicle. That’s why they work at autozone because they have no clue what they’re doing.
Roberto, the customer service associate, installed my battery. He is super fast and extremely friendly. His skills were demonstrated very efficiently. I will certainly bring my cats here for battery changes in the future. I love my local auto zone.
Super nice staff when I came in looking for a part.
The store has two out of three products. The associate (believe a supervisor or manager) located the third part and made a phone call to the store to confirm. A challenge with the form of payment was resolved out at the store. The patience, professionalism, friendly and the knowledge of the vehicle parts was great. The associate educated me on the difference of the part option. High integrity! Four stars, only because I believe in room for improvement, however this situation five stars.
