I went to Best Buy on September 20th to use my ZAG case benefit, which lets me get free phone screen protectors. I spoke with an employee named Bubbles. My iPhone 16 screen protector had broken, but she told me they only had iPhone 17 protectors in stock, so I had to pay an extra $10 to upgrade. I used a Best Buy credit for that. Afterward, Bubbles told me I would need to renew my membership if I wanted them to install the protector. I told her clearly I did not want the membership, cancel it, and that I’d put the protector on myself. Then she said, "Wait, your membership doesn’t run out until tomorrow, so we can still install it for you today." I agreed, and someone put it on for me. A few days later, I found out Best Buy still tried to charge me $189.32 on Nov 20, 21, and 22 for the membership I specifically told them to cancel. Because of this, my bank locked my account, and my debit card declined at Food Lion. Now I have to drive an hour back to my hometown just to get a new debit card—all because Best Buy ignored my request. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I made it clear I didn’t want the membership renewed, and Best Buy still attempted to charge me nearly $200. This kind of behavior makes me lose trust in your services. Thank you very much, Best Buy, for the unnecessary headache.

I had a great experience at Best Buy! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I needed. They answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. Checkout was quick and easy. Highly recommend shopping here!

So after doing our research and deciding on a TV my wife and I wanted to purchase we decided to go to BestBuy to pick one up. We already knew which brand and model we wanted. We are Samsung loyal people. Also we are not the type that have to have the latest and greatest electronics and tech. When we got there the gentleman at the front was inviting and greeted us promptly. That was the END of a good experience so far. We made it back to the TV's and we had a question on what the difference between QLED and OLED. HUGE MISTAKE. At that point the young man never completely answered the question and just proceeded to tell us why we needed to buy a Sony and basically Samsung was a bad decision. Even after asking us is it because of quality or brand that we chose Samsung I flat out told him. Both but brand because we are comfortable and confident in Samsung he just continued to UNSELL a TV. It got so bad my wife walked away and I got uncomfortable. All he could say was "for example" but not really giving the example. This behavior gives Professional Sales People a bad wrap. It was like he just got out of a sales seminar and missed a HUGE part of the training. LISTEN to your customers. Instead of trying to sound smart and act like you are the TV guru. Focus on giving you customer the product, service and experience they want. By all means if you believe that Sony is the greatest TV out there buy one. But if your customer is looking for a Samsung, how about this? Sell them it. Anyway we left with a TON OF ANXIEY and NO TV.

What can I say? Best buy is my favorite store. If I win the lottery, I won't tell anyone but there will be hints because I'm buying the entire store. Even if everything turns into online shopping, I will ALWAYS happily wait in line for best buy.

i didn’t know what charger I needed so i had to ask for help and two guys helped me find it immediately, they were so kind lol i was waiting at checkout for awhile, but someone helped me find a cashier as soon as he noticed. Nice people !

We went to Best Buy and there was only 2 people to help the customers in the appliance, television and automotive departments. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, they never did. We walked up and excused ourselves and asked if someone could help us in the auto department. The gentleman said he would be with us in a couple of minutes. So we waited another 25 minutes. Then we left. I guess we will look somewhere else for a new dashboard for my vehicle.

I needed a special adapter for my cable on my computer monitor that goes to the computer and an associate helped me find it it was excellent service and I will be going back there many times. The associate was very helpful kind and friendly.
