Did you know that Dick's Sporting Goods stores have bicycle repair shops in them? Miles the Manager fixed my flat in while I waited a few minutes shopping the mall. He wanted me hitting that trail today as much as I did! I said No to Cinnabon, and headed for the trail, but its right there, Cinnabon. Careful out there! BICYCLE BICYCLE I want to ride my BICYCLE BICYCLE thanks!!

My Wife and I went Shoe shopping and I have had back Surgery, My wife has had a knee replacement we were told to Purchase HOKA shoes. We met Sheyenne Wilson in the shoe department. We both tried on at least 4 pair of Shoes until we were comfortable with our walk Sheyenne went out of her way to make our Purchase pleasant. We have visited this store multiple times , everyone has seemed ok until tonight. Dicks Needs to look into Sheyenne and let her train the staff on what customer service is all about. It had to be best customer service that I have ever experienced!!! Dicks don't let her go move her up!! And a huge shout out to Indy! Thank you Sheyenne!!!

Looking for women's basketball shoes. They had no sizes in stock smaller than 12 in the first three we selected. They are the best option around. A little better stock management, and they would sell much more at the beginning of sports season.

Dick’s Sporting Goods has a minimal amount of merchandise that is overpriced. I simply came here looking for hockey pucks says they have them online at the store. Go inside look down each aisle. Don’t see them. One person tells me they’re up against the wall. There’s a hockey section I go back to that section. Don’t see any hockey equipment. Anywhere ask another associate who has to call a manager. It says they do not carry any hockey pucks or hockey equipment at that location. The sales associate tells me I can order it online. Thank you very much for a wasted trip. There’s more sporting goods at Bass Pro shop. This is more like the 7-Eleven of sporting goods.

Big store with lots of variety. Staff was short but friendly, lots of sales. Busy due to holidays

Have someone at the changing room door while changing. Store employee opened the door for a man while my daughter was trying on swimsuits last week. He didn’t knock, they stood there for several seconds with the door wide open, with her naked, no apologies made.

John was amazing to work with he made it less hectic for me with my 3 little ones . We were able to get everything we needed for my son for soccer. We tried on many shoes to figure out what was best size and fit for my flat footed little one. He was very patient and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed the job , which made the shopping experience enjoyable.
