I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage facility at 10429 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News. My brothers rented a unit their for some of our dad's things. When dad passed away a short time ago, and we were cleaning out his unit, we saw Makayla sweeping what little debris was on the service road between the units. She was polite and cheerful, saying hello to us. A little later, one of us dropped a picture frame, scattering glass fragments everywhere. Makayla was quick to get us a broom and dustpan so that none of us stepped on the glass. It's nice to be able to "catch someone doing good"!

Shauna, I hope I’m saying her name right she was an absolutely doll. She helped us out specially My Husband when we could not get into our storage unit we were having trouble getting into it. She came right down and helped us out and even stayed a little longer so we could go to the bathroom she was wonderful and I hope that you all know that you have such a wonderful Lady working there she made my day we will come back again. I’m sure Mazie Boswell James Boswell job well done.

Makayla was amazing! My storage was backed up on payments and this angel came out of pocket to help me get back on track! Price hikes are always ridiculous. 40-50$ increases. They don't care if you stay or move out. It's just the gimmick storage companies do I guess. Or at least this one does.
