Shajnea and Candi provided an amazing "Custom Ring" designing experience. We came in looking for a different, elegant, and special anniversary ring when we didn't see it in the showcases they kept saying we can customize it. At first we thought that would be costly, but to our surprise it was well reasonable and oh so well worth it. The process was exciting every step of the way, from images, trying on the wax model, making additions and modifications not just for looks but for the rings sturdiness. My husband recently just upgraded my wedding set for our anniversary. Amy and Shajnea assisted me with the design of a beautiful custom set that far exceeded all my expectations. My mom and I had the absolute best experience working with Terry and Amy. I had made an appointment with Terry to learn about engagement rings. She was prepared with various options based on the style I requested and answered all of my questions. Amy then talked to me about options for customizing a ring, and they saved my preferences in my Jared portal. I could not have asked for a better experience and team to work with!

I visited this Jared store for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Right away I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile and hello. I needed to get two rings serviced. Tonja was very knowledgeable and helpful to my jewelry's needs. She spent time with me and explained what was going on with my rings.
