Lowe's Home Improvement

Came to Lowes to get stuff for a remodel project. Chris S. Was very helpful and nice. He let me know where everything i needed was located, even made sure i had the right stuff. His knowledge of the merchandise in the store and how to do electrical properly was very impressive. When leaving, I had problems with the machine at self checkout, the cashier working the machines named Jamal came over and straightened it out fast. He was very courteous and professional. Both of these employees made my experience great and I will definitely shop here again.

Great staff. Isaiah and the guys outside are super helpful! Plus they laughed at my jokes so that’s a 10/5 in my book lol. I love my pet mum and milf lol

First visit . Both me n my hus liked plants and Patio sets a lot. Planning to come again soon to buy. Had Dominic subs outside Lowe's and they taste good. fried onions and veggies made the subs taste delicious

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with the assistant manager Jay. He was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of listening to my issue and providing a solution, he was rude and condescending. It’s shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is in a management position. Lowe’s really needs to reconsider who they put in charge, because he did not represent the level of service customers deserve. Will never come back again

I used to shop at this Lowe’s very often and spend a lot of money, remodeling my home, however, in the last few months that has changed. I tried to return a few left over and unneeded hinges and lights with original receipts and that were on my pro account. I was told that it was past 30 days so I couldn’t return them for a refund or store credit. When I asked to speak with a manager, apparently there was no leadership in the whole store for 20 minutes as I waited for someone to come talk to me. I was never allowed to speak with a manager or assistant manager, nor was I refunded or credited for my new in package goods with original receipts. When I asked the cashier what was taking so long, he shrugged his shoulders and said I guess we don’t have a manager today. I used to think of Lowe’s as the Superior home material store, however, after this experience and lack of customer service and support, I will most definitely be going across the street to Home Depot. I am very disappointed in Lowe’s and I will not return. I hope they make some changes soon.

Full sun, warm and clear with a cool breeze brought out a good portion of people to the Newport News Lowe's today. Everyone was buying up the fully stocked garden supplies, plants and mulch. It was so nice looking with the bright sun, blue sky and various colors of the plants. Lowes is my go to store.

I walked out of Home Depot & went to Lowe's instead. The staff is very helpful & accommodating for people with special needs & the elderly. Plants are a bit expensive, but there is a nice selection. The parking lot is dangerous.
