This is my go to craft supply place mainly for clay and beads for jewlery, but only because I have no other craft supply options locally. They do not have a wide variety or unique new inventory. Items are often limited selection or sold out. Sometimes they have decent sales but otherwise prices are pretty high. You have find way better inventory and prices if you search suppliers online, but if you need something ASAP then it will do the job. Also close early so no late night hours for last minute project needs.

They got everything for artists. I love their acrylics and drawing pencil selections. They also have a wonderful selection of miniature stuff for models, and the spray paint selection has vibrant bright paint colors you ain't never seen in a hardware store. The coolest thing though is the ap. If you enter your email you can see how much free money you earn and you can redeem it like every 5 or 10 bucks. The staff is kind, and parking is never a problem.

My order was ready to be picked up. This was my first time ever ordering online and picking up from a store. They were out of one product I ordered but upgraded it to the next best product. I went from a 34 gel pen set to a 72 gel pen double sided different sizes set. I was impressed!

Wonderful place the kids and adults loved it. Ioved the nature walk.

The clerk there was very respectful and helpful. Even though the place was extremely busy and I waited in line to drop off my UPS pkg she was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm so glad and grateful that there is a UPS drop off there and the people there are kind.

The bar was low to the ground for customer service at this location today. I approached the fabric dept so I could ask for some help. The two ladies were having a very intense conversation (i.e loud and emotional). One of the ladies and myself made eye contact and she did not acknowledge me standing there. I continued to wait and they kept talking. The other lady finally noticed me and STILL continued the conversation with her coworker. I finally walked off. Very disappointing. I called and spoke to the supervisor Lindsay, in which she stated she would do some investigating. I hope so. The stars I gave is only for the cleanliness of the store and Lindsay’s approach.

This is the most organized Micheal’s I’ve been to. They have great sales and stay stocked. I’ve purchased 4 picture frames from there. Customer service is great too.
