Great stores,Alot better than O Rileys or Advace Auto,Set up nicer inside.
I walked inside and no one greeted me. I initiated the hello and Keith said hello back. There was a woman Kathy in the front, as I greeted everyone she didn't say anything and just left. I had to walk around and find my own parts. Finally the manager Terri came and helped me with a locking gas cap and took the time to show me how it works on my jeep. Kathy and Keith were both very rude. I've been shopping at this Napa since 2017 and this maybe my last time with these extraordinary rude people.
One of the worst experiences of my life has been going to this place to get my car inspected. I have always had tinted windows on every car I have owned and never failed an inspection because of it. Nothing was mechanically wrong with my car but I was received a rejection sticker because of tint. When I stated that this had never happened before I was told by this condescending person that I must have been getting by. I then mentioned that almost every car on the road has tinted windows darker than mine, this dude says they must have out of state tags. This has been super frustrating and stressful for me especially since I don’t know where to go because I will not be removing my tint If no stars was a option that’s what I would give
They are very professional, knowledgeable, & personable. I had a great experience here. I will be going here for all my car needs. Cindy is always on top of customers. I knew what was needed for my car. What was going on with my car. And was asked before work was done. I feel like what was in my best interests was met and put first not how much they can make off of my. I am very happy all the way around and highly recommend Cindy the staff & this location
Once again a life saving store. You walk in and no matter what they stop what they are doing, and greet you, and are truly sincere about it. Today's instance was with Mr. Murchison, the stores GM. I had contacted half a dozen shops prior, including the dealership, all having to order with a 2 day minimum wait, which is understandable for this particular part. Got greeted before I could even day hello, and he got to work. I didn't have to explain the part, it's locatuon, how it worked, and didn't have to repeat myself. To boot, he remembered my last visit from a year ago. Got my part from the back, and was back in less than 60 seconds. Even other associates greeted me when they approached the sales floor from the back, and they weren't even the associate working with me. Amazing atmosphere, CLEAN store, extraordinary customer service, and overall an outstanding experience!
Parts service clerk gave good recommendations for alternatives on certain parts for my vehicle, as opposed to getting what the DEALER (not manufacturer) suggested. Great conversation with the service clerk.
I drove from New Jersey and when I got here heard a noise in my rear tire. The guys at Napa figured out my husband was trying to kill me and fixed the loose lug nuts on my car. My husband is off the life insurance and NAPA charged my nothing. Great service, highly recommended.
