Im not sure the lady's name, but the short, small, black manager has an attitude problem. I went in to ask if I could stack a military discount ontop of an item that was on sale (Google said I could) she said I could not. (Not a big deal I already had the item in the back of my truck from a different store). When I told my wife about it she decided to call for clarification since I was driving. This little manager decided to instantly have an attitude and told my wife "I already explained this to your husband, ask him." To which her attitude escalated. Even in store i could tell her patients was running thin even though I had no issue. She needs a reality check and go back to costumer service school.... photo is proof of purchase

I stopped by the store yesterday to pick out a desk and found one on sale—the last one available, a floor model. I decided to buy it and asked for assistance. A young lady came to help, and I explained that I wanted to purchase the L-shaped desk but needed it to be in two pieces for transport. She told me that, to the best of her knowledge, employees were not allowed to assemble or disassemble these desks. I was surprised by this and asked if they really expected customers to come into the store and take furniture apart themselves, given the potential liability. She repeated that, to her knowledge, other customers had done it before. I wasn’t comfortable disassembling the desk on the sales floor, so I ended up leaving frustrated. The desk was a good price despite some minor damage, but the lack of assistance was disappointing. We’ve shopped here often—buying office chairs, laptops, and other items—but after this experience, I can honestly say this will be my last visit to this store.

Mike helped me find a decent office chair and helped me stay in my budget. Jordan helped me check out and have the chair delivered to my new residence. They also have good prices on bubble wrap and almost too many options for packing tape.

I came to drop off a fed ex shipping order. I was the only one inside the building. The clerk told me to wait by the fed ex computer. I waited for over 6 mins. He then comes to the computer and is locked out of the computer. He calls the manager for help. I wait another 20 mins no manager came over to help him. The clerk then tells me you should just go to another place. Nobody is coming to help you. This is sad

I hope corporate takes the time to read this. I was at this facility for printing purposes. I was attempting to print invitations for my wedding which I left due to the situation that was happening . I started to hear a woman speak to one of her employees about how he wasn’t doing his job right. The way she spoke to her employee was completely unacceptable, even if he wasn’t doing his job right, there is never any need for that type of verbal communication. Bradley explained to her that he’s been busy and is the reason why he was unable to complete the printings. She straight forward told him , he hasn’t been busy. I visited this facility twice on this day and both times , he was busy assisting customers which is what prevented me from asking questions on how to operate the self printing printers. Which by the way , not very user friendly on the whole process. She kept telling him how the facility was losing money because he hasn’t done the printings, which if that’s the case she lost money on my behalf by acting like a fool instead of like a leader. I believe Her name is Loev. Please work on proving proper training for your management team on learning how to properly manage and how to talk to people. Your employees are still humans and they have feelings. God Bless.

I paid them to ship a package and they screwed it up. They placed the wrong label on the package. I had to mostly figure it out myself (they told me to call the United State Postal Service). When I figured it out, they informed me I'd have to come in to get a refund because they don't do it over the phone. The Uber cost more than sending the package, so its not worth it to go back. I'd have to spend more money on the Uber than I'd get back in a refund. In summary, I lost time and money paying them to send a package and it didn't amount to anything. The package wasn't sent to the destination, it was returned to my home address. I'm not using their services to send packages again because they didn't do it correctly and didn't seem all that concerned. They didn't even apologize.
