I miss payment for the gym and when I arrived i figured out. But guys was totally cool and understood the situation and let me do training. That’s something special! Thanks to guys from second sift on November 5 2025! You are the best

I have been going to PF for a lot of years..( don't know how many) (over 15). Since last year I started taking Amir's classes & went from 1 to 2 then 3 each time. I've never been so excited about going to the gym as I am with Amir as our trainer. He really pushes me, but also makes each class different & fun. The time flies by. I'm 69 & thought I couldn't expect changes or growth in my muscle tone. .but now, I have noticed big changes..& I really want to keep it going! Amir really encourages me to do things I wouldn't normally think I could do. I have really been loving his classes so much!!

It's a decent gym for beginners but not for intermediate to expert. I wonder this... All over the gym it talks about "Judgement Free Zone," "No Critics," etc. I think that is great. But then is defines and describes a "Lunk." And then goes on the judge the lunk. There is even a Lunk Alarm. Does anyone else see the hypocrisy here??

First time member recently joined. My first time was great. Areas were clean. Staff welcoming. A lot of equipment to choose from. I was hoping the fitness classes had a room, but class is held in a weird location (my opinion). I'll be back! Gotta get fit!

Let me start by saying I live in Hampton with that being said I literally drive past the Hampton planet to go to the Newport News location because I take the classes with the trainer AMIR. His knowledge and dedication to helping people with their workouts is irreplaceable!! There is a great group of women of all ages that come in everyday to take his classes religiously myself included. I have worked out for years on my own and while I thought I knew what I was doing and was content with my results, it wasn’t until I took my first training lesson to realize I was so wrong. The difference in my body definition and endurance now that have been taking the classes for the past 8 months has changed tremendously and I couldn’t be happier. THE GIRLS AND I LOVE TAKING THE CLASSES WITH THE TRAINER!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, his last day is Monday due to reasons that shall not be named. All I will say is it’s nothing bad on his part and it could be avoided but the right person doesn’t want to do the right thing. So here we are all us customers will be left devastated. I speak for everyone who takes his class and say that it is truly our highlight to the gym and he will be missed beyond words. They will NEVER get another trainer like AMIR!!!

Great location it is close to many shops and restaurants. Parking lot is big and shared with nearby stores. Everyone works on trying to better themselves and the atmosphere feels competitive. There is enough of equipment for all types of workouts. The staff is courteous, they clean equipment, although they can work on cleaning the men’s bathroom more often.

It's not the best Planet Fitness that I've been to you but it's decent I do love the new treadmills it feels like you're walking on air. I wish there was a space to stretch more and I wish they had more equipment for glute building but everyone is nice
