Bakery items almost always out or rock hard. Bought some ribs, opened the package and nearly fell over from the stink. They were months past the pull date. Thought the steaks were safe for celiac but the guy didn’t swap out gloves and got a flour coating on them. Pretty much done trying with this store.

I’ve only had some of their bakery items, but I give each one 10/10!! I’m very picky about baked goods, and these definitely go on the top of my list of favorites. Though I could do without so much icing, it’s still delicious. The icing adds to the flavor of the cake rather than take over. And each cake is moist!! The cannoli was good as well! I ordered all of this through DoorDash.

Edited again to show that they still aren’t taking food safety seriously. Chicken sell by dates days past due. Packed on dates almost two weeks ago. Several meats with no dates at all. Stopped in for the first time since my May update to quickly grab a couple of things since it’s the most convenient store near us. Originally posted my review below in March. Today, May 12th, I ran into the store to grab a couple of quick items on my lunch break after not stopping in since my previous review. Today, the first pack of chicken I picked up had a packed on date of April 29th - two weeks ago. Left empty handed. This store is disgusting. Quality has gone downhill quickly over the last few months. Meat is constantly past the sell by date. Today, March 23rd, chicken was use/freeze by the 19th. Two weeks ago, pork was a week past the sell by date, I politely let an employee know, who really didn’t care. Checked back two days later and the same meat was still out. Hopefully nobody ends up sick because of this. *After reaching out, over 48 hours ago, I received an automated message stating that they would respond within 24 hours, which of course never happened.

Everyone was so nice and they were proactive to helping you. There was also a bunch of samples being given out. It is higher priced then some of the other chain grocery stores, but there is higher quality prodcuts, extremely attentive employees, and it is kept extremely tidy & clean.

Small market with lots of great baked goods, a deli, and a meat department. Large selection of different kinds of cheese, nuts by the weight, and their rotisserie chicken salad at the deli is so good!

Check the expiration dates on the packaged meats before you buy. Pre packaged organic chicken and some meals kits were expired by several days. Told someone and they didn’t care. The new sale tags are horrible. It’s hard to even see what’s on sale anymore. Advertised weekly sale meats are often not in stock. Sad to see a place go downhill. Not so fresh market Update. I bought 1 lb of ground pork on Tuesday (along with numerous other items). On Wednesday I took it out of the refrigerator to use and found out it had gone bad. I froze it until I could get back to return it because it smelled so bad. I was not met with a friendly manager when I went there today around 4. She called back to the meat department to let them know I was coming and why. When she did that she turned away from me so that I couldn’t hear everything she was saying. I thought that was rude and odd. The man working the meat counter was not friendly, never apologized for the issue and never said thank you or have a good day. Upon returning to the register the same manager said "I guess you will pay the difference." It was on special Tuesday and not today. But why should I pay the difference when it was not my fault. I made a comment that I shouldn’t have to pay anything especially for the inconvenience I encountered. She made another call to the meat dept. She put my package in a bag, handed it to me and turned away without saying anything. I find this very rude! I will now think twice before I return to that store, especially since it isn’t the first time I have had issues with their food and special orders. My experiences have always forced me to stand up for myself as they would never try to make the situation better. Very disappointing!
