Venture Apartments in Tech Center

My experience of living here over the past two years has been overwhelmingly positive. Having lived in all seven cities comprising the Hampton Roads area, I can tell you this is an awesome combination of solid pricing and luxury offered by the Venture. Furthermore, the staff is consistently remarkable, so considerate and professional. I ran into Tiffany of the staff the other day and she was such a joy to speak to! We met with Tiffani who was so nice and helpful! She explained everything, answered all of our many questions, showed us the model apartment and all of the ins and outs. She also helped provide local information about living in the area and offered to look into a few things we had questions about. The apartment and the complex are clean and quiet and exceeded my expectations!

I loved my time living at Venture. I moved cities, but if I had a choice I would’ve stayed. Arguably one of the, if not THE best apartment complex in the area. The grounds are up-kept and everyone part of the management team is top notch and welcoming— something unmatched in comparison to my new complex. Each employee (management, maintenance, etc.) is extremely responsive to concerns or general questions. Thanks for an amazing lease term!

Moving my daughter into Venture Apartments. She is a Christopher Newport student. Everyone in the leasing office has been extremely helpful and kind during this period. We are enjoying decorating and getting to know the neighbors. The community is lovely! Thank you venture apartments for making this stressful time a bit easier on us!

Wow!!! I took a tour of the new Venture Apartment property and I am truly impressed! The apartments are very nicely laid out, have a lot of storage and closet space, and the property has tons of amenities. Among the amenities that Venture boasts are: a lovely salt water swimming pool - complete with cabanas, a very nice outdoor grilling area, a very nice outdoor kitchen area, a clubhouse, a fitness center, an indoor pet washing area, and more! I took a lot of pictures, so be sure to give them a look! This is a really awesome property!!! I would reccomend this apartment to anyone looking to lease something pet friendly, yet quite upscale.

Ms Tiffany was very pleasant and welcoming in showing us an apartment and starting our application. The apartment is for my daughter and I'm comfortrd to have Ms. Tiffany being a point of contact at the complex. She is a valuable employee to Venture apartments.

Really enjoyed the tour! Tiffany felt like a family member that was showing us around our new place. We had wonderful laughs and went down memory lane with loved ones and all. I really enjoyed her company her time and friendship, even though we were a walk in appointment.
