Had an Amazon return. No one was in line, no one even at the register, the store was dead. The older lady who usually is there every day at the register was beyond rude. Told me to go down to the Amazon return line, here I am waiting for 5 minutes while she folds a cardboard box. Fiddles with the cashier drawer literally dusting it, turns around doing nothing, then takes her sweet time to come help me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, didn’t know staples let customers wait while their employees fiddle their fingers and thumbs just to be ignorant. Then how do you not know how the returns work when you guys are an Amazon pickup return station??? Then I had a lithium battery I wanted to responsibly leave at your guys recycle and you’re asking a bunch of private info for just that? My name my ID, my address my phone number my email?? And she was persistent and rude about it. Overall I have never received horrible service from a staples until today. I understand you hate your job, or you have arthritis or your day is bad, but don’t take it out on your customers. Retire.

After a horrible first time ever visit to a Staples with a guy that worked in the printing center, and I do mean horrible...a manager by the name of Antoinette came up and she was extremely personable and really cared about my own personal experience in the store. THANK U ANTOINETTE...if there were more people like u in the world we would all be living much better lives. She deserves a raise and promotion, she's the best.

I went into this location to make a few copies. The machine scanned everything and when it came out it was totally wrong. I don’t know what I did, but it wasn’t the right thing. Then came Veronica, she goes by Vero, came in and saved the day. On her first attempt it was giving her problems. She worked some computer magic by resizing things so they printed properly. Cheers and applause goes out to this person for their amazing personality and dedication to customer service. Thank you again Vero.

I’m so upset that I had to come here and leave this review. Everyone at this location is friendly except for one woman behind the register. She is always nasty with an attitude and it irks me. She acts like she owns the place and treats everyone disrespectfully. I use this location to drop off my ups and Amazon returns. Whenever I have to deal with her, it’s always a problem. She always give me an issue reading my QR code and tells me to tilt my phone a certain way and makes it seem like it’s my fault. Everyone else doesn’t have this issue or make me hold the phone a certain way. Today I went in, I was the only person on line and she was the only one behind the counter. I was doing an Amazon return. She sees me and then calls for the person who just joined the line that was making a purchase to go next, like I don’t mean anything on that line. I think this is totally disrespectful. If you can’t staff accordingly then don’t take Amazon packages back. Or if you are going to, have adequate staff and ensure the existing staff doesn’t make you hate your life while waiting in line for a return. I’m almost done using this place forever because of her.

Oh yea the reviews are true this place sucks with the return policy for amazon. This is the only staples on this planet that refuses amazon returns. All other staples gladly take them except them. The management was very unprofessional. However the young man was very polite and he did try you can tell he was put in a hard position. However I called prior to coming all the way over all that was said that I needed a QR code. I asked the lady why wasn’t it disclosed that you only accept a certain size, her response was " you didn’t ask" so I said if you know you already have terrible reviews for your amazon returns why didn’t you disclose that. She said said she was sorry and that she couldn’t accept the return. Rather than argue I left, and now I’m confirming all the negative reviews this staples location has. Its true!

Ordered online for pick up. It was ready to pick up within an hour of order. When I arrived at the store was greeted and helped right away. Was in and out of the store within 5 mins. Excellent customer service.

Print center counter Lady was super helpful and super professional!!! Thank you so much. This will be my go-to place for any print jobs.
