I purchased a Quad Lock mobile phone mount there. The salesman installed it for me on my bike and fully explained its operation. He did not try to oversell on accessories I did not need. A very good experience.

I took my front wheel from my 2025 ninja to get a new tire put on, the tire was changed, and picked up the next day with a chip on my rim. 100% do not recommend this place.

Nice, no pressure staff. Answered any questions we had happily and let us go about shopping and trying on several items of riding gear until we found what we liked and fit us right.

Excellent customer service! If something isn’t in stock they will do their very best to find it for you! They’re knowledgeable, good decent people in there and they’re always willing to help. I highly recommend them!

My friends and I had a great experience at Cycle Gear thanks to Taj. He was extremely helpful and informative the entire time we were there — and we spent about 2 hours in the store! He patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we had all the info we needed. Excellent customer service — definitely 5 stars.

Staff was helpful but not pushy, love to see it. To my surprise, as a 300 pound man, they had some gloves and riding jackets that fit nicely in stock. Left with everything I went in for. Couldn’t have had a better experience

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We came in a little late in the evening and the staff asked if they could help, we explained we were looking at several different things and they told us if we needed anything to let them know. They did check on us while we were looking but were not annoying. We eventually purchased clothing, 2 helmets and 2 Bluetooth sets. The staff stayed past closing to install the Bluetooth for us. They did a great job and are greatly appreciated.
