Ive been with extra space storage for many years. I currently have 2 storages in 2 different cities. Ive never had any issues until today and Arlene at 385 naval base in Norfolk Va was very compassionate to my issues and very helpful and patient with me and walked me through the billing statements of her property and my other storage property as well. Then I spoke to Bantu he was all of amazing when he called to discuss my account he helped me go over the bill and took off the fee as a 1 time courtesy. They both went above and beyond their duty to help my in my time of need. Thank you. The Store manager is Yolanda.
Yolanda was great helping me out with finding the perfect unit, answering all questions about size and pricing!! I would definitely recommend finding her and asking for her assistance specifically!!
(Bacu and Yolanda) Staff was very helpful and friendly. They asked why I wanted to downsize and they were able to put in a request to make my monthly payments cheaper.
