PHONE REPAIR EXPRESS

Phone Repair Express N. Ft. Myers 5-14-25 Stopped by with my Android phone which the USB charging port on the phone was not working right. Arman gave me a price for the repair and said it would be ready in 20 minutes to stop back. About 30 minutes later I stopped back, and he said I’m not going to charge you what I stated as I just cleaned out the charging port instead of installing a new one and it seems to be working fine. He asked me to try my USB cable and it worked fine. He charged 50 bucks less for this repair. So far, I am pleased, and everything is working fine. My phone was broken and we are leaving town tomorrow. I was screwed. The man took my phone and did something on his end and got it to work. For all I know it was just a hard reset, but he had all the rights in the world to charge me money, bc I was prepared to buy a new phone, due to the emergency situation leaving town. He did not charge me a penny. He said it was an easy fix on his end, and nothing that warranted a fee. I disagree with him, bc I would still be without a phone without his assistance. Some shops would've taken my money tonight, knowing my desperation, but this is an honest man. I highly recommend him, based on this experience.

This is the only place I go to to get my phone fixed or tempered glass cover put on. Arman is very polite, very congenial, and very helpful. His prices are wonderful!!! And Everytime I'm in there it seems, he's talking to his Momma

Store got new management. Their services are more better now. Everything is available and more affordable. I didn't had to wait more than 15 min to fix my phone here. Recommended.

I was on vacation visiting family and my iPhone screen broke. They fixed it in 45 minutes and that was with other customers waiting. 2 days later I got water damage in the same phone. He fixed it both times for a fair price and could explain exactly what was wrong with my phone and what he did to fix it. Would absolutely recommend to people in the area
