I have been with this storage for about 9 months now and let me tell u what they have the best customer service ever. I always have a pleasant visit anytime I come into my storage or come in to pay my bill... Keith and I can't remember her name off hand but she has an amazing sense of humor well they both do and she has short hair... They are always so helpful and friendly. I just love this storage place

The staff here are friendly and helpful specially Keith— they made my move-in quick and easy. The place is clean and secure, though I wish they had a bit more camera coverage and stable pricing. Overall, a good experience and convenient location!

When I first started renting here, I only had a parking space for my military trailer. At first glance it seemed like there might be some issues with safety, etc, because of some of the clientele. The price was so great for the parking space, tho, and I saw many newer trailers, trucks, campers, and vehicles so I tried to relax a bit and give this storage place a chance. At some point when it looked like the place was improving and there was less questionable people milling about, I decided to rent a very very large unit. It turns out that the new manager, Keith, had been making all the positive changes! We have been very comfortable here and the place is clean. The office personnel are so helpful attentive. Highly recommend. ☺️

When I came in today to make my payment. Keith had a very good attitude. He was very helpful and I. Appreciate seeing the upgrades that's being done here on the property. Thank you Keith for your positive attitude. Keep up to good work.

I wish I could give zero stars as well. This place is horrible. I’ve been here for a little under three years and I don’t even know how I’ve managed to stay this long. Service is horrible. There’s never anyone on the property and sometimes access to your unit is almost impossible. To top everything off my unit was broken into April 3, 2025 and not only does I storage not assume any responsibility or hasn’t even upgraded their security cameras at all. they also had upgraded locks for the storage doors which I was unaware of. Which probably would’ve prevented the break-in to begin with now I have over $30,000 worth of valuables missing.

Erik & Keith were very helpful when my STUPID DEBIT CARD CREATED PROBLEMS. I am new to this area of town and it’s Saturday. Bank is CLOSED. Had to get cash, get cashiers cheque. Guys knew where to go and HOW to negotiate Madison. Yeehaw!!! Excellent Customer Service. I’d give them 10 STARS, if I could!!!
