I can't recommend Storage Pro highly enough! This is, without a doubt, my favorite storage facility in the Sacramento area. The manager and staff are truly wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. Their communication is outstanding, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Not only do they offer great service, but the prices are also very competitive. If you're looking for a reliable and affordable storage option, Storage Pro is the place to go. Diana and her team are outstanding and friendly. Purchased a couple of storage units and they were extremely helpful. Been buying lockers since 2020, and we didn't see any indications of the lockers being gone through. Will definitely keep this facility on our list.

My personal experience: I would strongly caution anyone considering bidding at this facility. When I purchased a storage unit here, it appeared the contents may have been mixed or altered beforehand. While I can’t confirm exactly what happened, the situation raised serious concerns for me. Prospective bidders might want to investigate thoroughly and proceed with care. (This statement reflects my own observations and opinions; other customers’ experiences may differ.)

Everything was good until I got a letter last month telling me I will have increased rent.its way more than I can afford.thats why I'm moving out.
