And although I’m from Southern CA I’ve come to recognize that no matter what state I’ve been in the teams at AutoZone are always very welcoming and willing to assist. Went in to check if my battery still had warranty. Jason assisted with looking it up in their system and was kind and patient to search up different ways till he found it… he also switched it out for with the rainy weather I truly appreciate it I’ve been to another auto zone that Don’t even budge to help.

Went in today for a new battery after going to other nearby stores with no luck from any of them. I have to say, the entire staff was amazing from the minute I walked through the door. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I have to give a huge kudos to Vincent. He went above and beyond to help me. He even helped me change out the battery on the spot. This is what great customer service looks like and I'm glad to know that it still exists.

This AutoZone was amazing he checked my codes and I bought an o2 sensor now my truck runs like a champ and he found parts that sun auto left behind laying in random places under my hood he went above and beyond..I can remember his name but he was late 20s maybe early 30s white or Hispanic mix..thanks so much for everything

Anytime I have needed a part for my car They are very helpful in finding exactly what I need. AutoZone is very good at making sure you get exactly what brand or type that is best for your car. Extremely knowledgeable and are willing to even test your car battery before they even sell you a new one.
