NAPA Auto Parts

Just went in for a single item that showed in stock online. I go to the store which is like 3 mins away and they say they don’t have it. So then they try to sell me something else that I’d have to buy each individual part for making it way out of my price range. So I go ahead myself and look for a similar item to what I needed at a similar price and find it. I take it to the counter to pay and it rings up for literally DOUBLE what the shelf sticker said. The guy says "They must have been put in the wrong spot." Yea, not my problem sir. It’s over $100 degrees and I’m just trying to fix my car. Don’t advertise yourself as "knowledgeable staff" and "cheaper to DIY" when your associates don’t know what they’re talking about, you falsely advertise, and end up trying to get me to buy all this other stuff. If I wanted to spend all that, I’d take it to the dealer. Absolutely ridiculous interaction. Oh and your associates, should at a minimum wear deodorant

Horrible customer service. Went in at 5 pm on 7/7/25 and the guy that "helped me" was not knowledgeable despite me giveinf all the details and part numbers. At no time did the other people around help. They gave me the wrong bulb even when I said it was and he responded with " just bring it back". After I came back an hour later same guy refunded me and did not even ask me if I wanted another part. Never coming to this store again, save your time money and effort and go to Auto parts down the street on Ann

Went to multiple stores just to find out that all the clutch kits they were selling a refurbished and used parts being sold as new. Will be adding photos and video of the products they sold us under the fraudulent Banner of new!

Called to check a warranty and the guy was super rude and hung up on me.People take your business somewhere else,garbage customer service.

Called ahead of time to make sure they carried the oil I needed I got told yeah yeah yeah they have it I drive 25 minutes to the store for them to not carry it the employee that answered the phone wasted my time then gave me attitude

Always a great store. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, this time they did not sell what I was looking for, but told me about 3 other places which should have what I needed.

I love NAPA, being a former mechanic from 40 years ago I know you can count on them to have what you need. Even if the guy behind the counter doesn't realize such./ update/ met Erik while purchasing a battery, he was kind enough to help me install my new purchase and take and credit back the core refund and saving me a trip back.
