I’ve bought 3 UPS units from ExcessUPS over the past few years, and their customer service has always been excellent. Their prices are among the best in the GTA, and ordering with pickup has been smooth every time. My most recent purchase was a refurbished UPS with an extended warranty. Just before the warranty expired, the battery failed. I brought it in without an appointment, they tested it within 10 minutes, replaced the battery with a brand new one, and had me back on the road. No hassle at all. Very happy with their service. For all your UPS needs, I highly recommend them.

I've been trying to reach ExcessUPS for weeks to purchase a battery. I've called, emailed, and left several voicemails and have not heard back. When I attempt to purchase the battery online with the aim of picking up in store, the site won't load and I get a spinning wheel into perpetuity. What a bloody shame. I'm trying to support local business instead of buying on Amazon. Horrible experience. Potentially a ghost business. Super sketchy and entirely unreliable.

Had a wonderful experience with Excess UPS. I wanted to get some generator compatible UPSs for my business in Rural NB. Tony was able to combine shipping on 2 UPSs and one extended battery module, and recommended double conversion ones that were newer and cheaper than what I was looking at initially. Delivery was with UPS which was very quick. Units were extremely well packaged - UPS kicked in the side of one of the boxes which only resulted in a minor crack in a cosmetic bevel, which clicked right back into place. Units look practically brand new. I am utterly impressed and very happy.

Two separate orders spanning 6 months, both listed as "in stock", never received. Don’t believe their listed stock status: It’s purely aspirational and will hold your money for months while they attempt to locate what you’ve ordered. Will be buying a new UPS as the savings is not worth the headache.

Excellent business for power supplies. 14 years in business and Tony is the best in the region. If NASA the USA Navy trust them for their battery needs Excess UPS is good for me. And the savings are fantastic. Why buy new when you virtually the same thing at Excess UPS.
