Jasmine has been the best hire this location could have hired. She has been such a huge help, and is always so nice and friendly. When I have issues, she has been so helpful and makes it so seamless. I told her today, I appreciate her help and always going the extra mile to make sure she can help me figure things out when needed. They are extremely lucky to have her because she has by far been the most helpful person they have hired here. She truly does a great job and I’m grateful she works at this location now. Thank you! She deserves some praise!

This place is a huge security risk. For at least 6 months the back gate has been broken and anyone can come in here at any time. What's the point of needing a code to get in through the front, when I could just come in through the back as there's nothing to stop me, or anyone else for that matter? If they are not spending to secure this place properly, one must wonder where else they are cutting. I am paying about $200 per month here, and I am not receiving the value I expected. Even Public Storage is more safe than this! Last week I came and there was only one cart. I am here now and there is only one other car and there are absolutely no carts anywhere to be found. I waited to see if anyone would come out with a cart and after 30 minutes no one had come. How is one supposed to bring things from their storage without the help of carts? I have this unit to store holiday decor and for the next 2-3 months I need to be able to take things out, not going to risk another wasted trip. Additionally it's only 7 pm, and lights are off. While I'm sitting here writing this, three people on bikes have come through the broken back gate. I'm not getting out of my car as I do not feel safe . The first two who came through actually entered the building, so they had codes, but again, I sat here for 30 mins and none came back out. As I mentioned, there is only one other car here and it doesn't take 25 mins to store a bike and get back in your car. Makes me wonder if there are people living here or something else going on. At one point, 6 mos ago, when I first noticed the back gate open, there was an RV in the inside parking and people were in it. I thought to report this, but then considered that this place should have cameras, so it would be impossible for the office to not know. I'm taking my stuff out of here and putting it at a storage facility that is better maintained. There's simply no excuse for a broken back gate for close to 6 months and no carts available after hours. I have no explanation as to how all these people are giving five stars reviews to a broken down place. My things have been here over 2 years and that gate has been broken for 6 months at least! There is another review mentioning the broken gate 3 months ago. But since I'm a data scientist and pattern recognition is my super skill, it seemed to me that there were linguistic similarities in several reviews. So I copied 6-7 reviews into Claude and asked what the likelihood was that they were written by the same person. Posting results below. Do with that what you will. Response to CubeSmart: No one needs your platitudes. You know this gate is broken, so you're clearly not "striving to maintain a safe environment" when there are several reviews mentioning the broken gate going back a YEAR, ALL OF WHICH YOU RESPONDED TO.

Shakira was amazing. She made my check in process seamless. She muti tasked and took care of me and two other Cube Smart customers renters at the same time all while staying informative and pleasant. KEEP representatives like Shakira on board. Great Five Star service!

I must say Ive had my unit for quite sometime. Now that I'm leaving I walk in to new staff. Shakira took care of me which I was very pleased with her service. Very helpful. also Jazmin was very nice. Must say it's about time ... Great hire.. I wish them lots of luck.
