Warranty Not Honored - Buyer Beware I purchased a battery here that came with a 2-year warranty. The battery failed (stopped holding a charge and died within two days) with five months remaining on the warranty period. The owner refused to honor the warranty, giving a variety of excuses. I would caution any future customers that this business does not stand behind its products or its stated warranty policy. I am now out the cost of a new battery despite having a valid warranty claim.

I've used Gator Battery twice. A1 experience both times.....no BS given...very informative....didn't charge an arm & leg. Pull up .... get serviced....and GO. As long as I'm in Broward, this will be the only place I go to for battery needs.

Customer service was top tier. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a battery.

They gave me a very good price for six golf cart batteries and I asked them to deliver, install and return the old ones and they did at a very reasonable price. Once I put in my order they delivered and installed in the same day Very happy with their services Would recommend!

40% less expensive than anywhere else I found. Put my info on their website, they called me back within an hour with a price. Went there, quick install, friendly, and no b.s. Will def use in the future.
