She took the time to explain all my storage options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it was Nae’s exceptional customer service that truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. If you’re looking for storage and want to be treated with respect and care, ask for Nae. She’s a gem and a big reason why I’d recommend A1 Storage to anyone.

I came here to rent a unit last minute. I spoke to Nae on the phone to sort my reservation out. When I came I was assisted by Lina who showed me the unit, she was very friendly, showed me around and made sure that it was the unit that I wanted. The place is very clean. I would highly recommend renting space here. I’d do it again if I needed storage.

I chose this Self Storage Company because when I went online, it had the cheapest, affordable prices with the size storage unit that I needed. And it was also close to where I needed to be. The office is on 45th Street side. It was convenient to rent the storage unit. There's a Code you have to put in to get inside the actual building. They have the wagons to help move your items. Monday through Friday they open at 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays they open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m.. you have the option to set up reoccurring payments automatically with your card, pay online, over the phone or in person. The staff is friendly and I have not had issues yet. There are also bathrooms on the property

I came into A 1 storage in Saturday and was greeted by Nae at the front desk. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful with adding an additional unit. Grateful for her help today

Nae was super knowledgeable about the various units, their pros & cons & prices. So hard to find someone who knows their job so well! Nae was also kind and funny which was like a cherry on top of the A-1 Storage Sundae!!

Soo got stuck in the elevators twice idk what’s up with it or what kinda system they have going but other ppl in the building are all also having trouble with the elevators not working properly. When contacting the front desk she just was sassy with me and kinda was condescending. Also the elevator service thing is out of date as well judging from today’s experience the elevators definitely need to me serviced.
