Man. This place is the best.. I'm from Alabama. I was frustrated having major truck troubles almost later delivering my load my alternator went out the team here made me feel important and was willing to help. Everything turned out for the greater good thanks to there understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend them especially if you're a out of towner such as myself...

Our 2020 Newmar Dutch Star had a D-rate issue, check engine light that I was not able to track down the problem myself. Denny was able to get us in on our way through town and hooked us up with Dave the technician. Dave located the problem and showed me the necessary part replacement. I bought the part from the part department and headed down the road and will replace the part when i have a chance. Friendly service, clean shop and will be back when i have another issue that's beyond my ability.

The customer service here deserves 0 starts. This place is a boarder line scam shop. They will suggest work that doesn’t need to happen. I brought my bus here for a leaking EGR, they convinced me to break down the motor to see if there was more damage. They quoted me for the breakdown but never quoted how much to put it back together. Once the motor was apart, all they wanted to do was sell me a new motor. Do yourself a favor, stay far far away from this place. Oh and by the way, there was nothing wrong with the motor. 0 stars and $20,000 in the toilet. That’s where golden gate truck center belongs, in the toilet.

Poor Communication and Questionable Service Practices. We recently brought one of our trucks to Golden Gate Truck for diagnostics and service. The invoice stated that the truck underwent a "road test," but we have telematics installed and confirmed that the vehicle never left their lot. When questioned, they claimed the truck was driven around in the parking lot for 30 minutes — hardly a proper road test, especially for confirming whether limp mode codes are truly cleared. Additionally, we were billed for 5 hours of labor to troubleshoot the truck and replace a battery — something that seems excessive given the limited scope of work. No breakdown of labor hours was ever provided .

YEA SO WE HAVE A COMPANY AND ALLWAYS GO THERE FOR PARTS WEN IS NEEDED BUT PARTS SALES MAN SPECIALLY NICK IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSINAL EVERY TIME I TALK TO HIM BY PHONE , SAYING THAT I HAVE TO PAY CASH AND TAXES WHEN I ALL READY GIVE THEM THE RESALE NUMBER, I WONDER IF HE GETS PAY ENOUGH OR MAYBE HE AS PERSONAL ISSUES AT HOME NOT SURE. 08/05/2025 THE OWNER JUST REPLAY BACK TO ME SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT RECALL ANY PRIOR CONVERTATION, WHAT AN EXCUSE TO DENY ANY RESPONSABILITYS, NO WONDER THE EMPLOYES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEYR JOB WHAT A SCAM. NOW ON THIS DATE (08-18-2025) JUST FIND OUT THAT THE (OWNER) KEEPS ON DELETING MY NEWEST POST AND HE KEEPS ON IGNORING AN ANSWER TO THE ISSUE.

Coustomer service the woman in front disk very rude When I asked her for part price get angry because I didn’t understand what she said first time and when I asked her to look at me when she speaks to me she slept the computer screen I don’t know her name but you can tell from the way she talks and acts She almost slept me I have 3 trucks and this will be last time I come to this location All drivers Not recommended at all especially sales department Very rude and angry all the time
