I want to thank Hector for his quick, efficient, and helpful service. I went to this store at 7:30 last night to look for new windshield wipers. He helped me find the correct sizes, choose the best wipers for my budget, and he even installed them for me after I checked out. The entire transaction took 10 minutes. Thanks again, Hector!

On 11/22/23 at 2:22 I purchased parts here and was checked out by the most unfriendly and rude cashier. She a chunky African American lady. Never coming back.

Came in this location to purchase some windshield wipers after having gone to a different location of a different auto store and being told after they'd tried for an hour to change them, that they couldn't change my windshield wipers because they were "custom". I knew that sounded off. I came into this location, the guy behind the counter helped me pick out the wiper blades, and he went out and changed them in less than 30 seconds. He did so well I had to give him a tip. Thanks dude.

Website and the sign posted on the door states that the business closes at 8 PM. It is 7:30 pm now and the store is locked up but the gates are open. I can see the people inside but no one wants to come to the door. Always thought this was better than AutoZone, but not anymore going to your competition. Think this store to lose a customer.

Came down here for nothing. Called to see if they were able to install a car battery and was told over the phone they could. Then when I get here, the cashier asks if it's possible and if the rude and irritable old man that answered no is the manager.... this store is screwed. Least you can do is explain why and apologize for the confusion instead of being a poor sap

Every time I come to Oreilly in Oakland there’s always a black woman upsetting me with her nasty attitude! Today it was Sashae, Sasha or whatever she called herself. I come to buy one light bulb and I asked her what options did I have as far as the type of bulb she gave me no answer to my question then got the bulb off the shelf still not giving me options for type of bulb. Then I asked to see it for myself and she proceeded to ask me for my cash or card. I told her I wanted a to see the options and she looked at me like I was gonna steal the bulb. So I took the package out her hand and of course it was the ugly yellow color low beam cheapest option available. Since I seen it was an H11 I went to shelf myself and picked the more expensive version with white light instead of yellow. The bulb is for my wife car and I make sure she has the good stuff and not the cheap stuff ol girl tried to sale me. Sad the way a well paying customer is treated in Oakland as a black man by a black woman.

They were awesome my client did an online order for hydraulic fluid and ready for pick up when i arrived. Was able to fill my tow truck thanks to them loaning me a funnel. Somebody thought it was my fuel tank and siphoned it. Thanks for keeping Sherpa towing on the road
