Saf Keep Storage

Thank you so much to Pedro and the team at Saf Keep storage. I moved from Brooklyn Ny and was not planning to use a moving service. I shipped everything to Saf Keep via UPS and Saf Keep did a phenomenal job in handling the receiving end. I was able to get to Oakland and find a place and once I did take everything out. Pedro took extra care to stack the boxes up so neatly and I couldn’t ask for a better storage experience. Thank you Saf Keep

Monique was awesome on my move in day yesterday! I had to move unexpectedly so in a rush, I put my items in storage at a nearby storage facility. I’d arrived with my movers to find that first facility to be highly undesirable and their staff to be shockingly rude. A couple weeks later, I’d found a new place to live but still had items that I wanted to keep in storage. I moved all of those to Saf Keep on 3rd in Oakland. Monique was one of the highlights of an unusually challenging moving situation. She was friendly while being professional, efficient and thorough. As for the facility, it is so clean, well lit, with alarms on each unit as well as a light in each unit, and easy drive up and walk through access. I’m so relieved! Thank you, Monique and Saf Keep!

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The place is safe, secure and clean. I've had many storage units in the past and this is by far the nicest one. I highly recommend.

Is SafKeep storage right for you? I have rented from several storage unit locations in the past, and I've been actively impressed by Safkeep storage on 3rd street. The employees are very professional, and helpful. The facility swept clean and cleaned daily. The facility feels safe, and all units have individual alarms. Safkeep offer promotional pricing on units, which makes it easy to start renting. Easy lease process. Safkeep is not the cheapest storage you can find, but It's the best storage facility that I've rented from. Very professional experience, and a well kept facility. "Professionalism" is a defining word for Safkeep storage. You can tell that the manager feels proud of the facility, and takes good care of it. As a current tenant, It's important to me be professional towards the employees and facility. They are professional toward me and other tenants. I've rented from other facilities, and while the prices were a bit cheaper, the other facilities were not as clean, and didn't feel as safe. I'm very happy with the service so far at Safkeep storage on 3rd street, and can recommend them. If you choose to rent from them, please be on your best behavior, we have a good thing going on here. Safkeep is friendly to both individuals and businesses. Many units have lights installed in them, which is nice. I recently rented a 2nd unit from them. Glad to be here, and I'm grateful that the facility is well taken care of. Safkeep storage will take good care of you.

I had the pleasure of using saf keep for my moving needs which required purchasing moving boxes, truck rental and rental of a small storage. The representative Jasmine took care of allt needs and provided me with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them!

I managed my move fine. The carts provided are sturdy, plenty and well located. I am very grateful for bathroom access after the office is closed. Also, having a staff member apparently on-site heightened my sense of safety & security. The moving truck is an excellent perk that i was unable to use on the move-in since it was reserved before i requested it. But, it was very disappointing to pass that truck on each of my 10 carloads between 11:30a.m.-8:30p.m. on my move-in day. I imagine it must be complicated to coordinate anything other than all day use policy. But still, i'll imagine this as my opportunity to suggest offering clients all day, early use, mid use & late use...with a cancellation policy. I will end this, grateful for all the calories i burned on my move day. I also appreciate every staff member. Friendly, flexible and helpful at every turn. Billie

I rented a 10x20 unit from SafKeep and felt like my things were always safe when I wasn’t there. Their team is responsive and helpful and the layout ensures a more protected space than other storage facilities. Would recommend.
