The staff here is amazing Yuesef has been amazing helping me navigate all my mobile needs. The staff as a whole a great and knowledgeable on the products they sale sobit makes it much easier to get through the process with ease. recommendation from me of you need cellular service ship here first.

I came in to trade my device device and associate said NO! Because they only accept trade ins if you bought it in store and not from the app. He said to go to UPS to send the trade in which doesn't make sense because T-Mobile themselves gives you the option to go to the store instead. If this happens to you tell them to call a manger or call customer service number because this is not o.k. I had to go to UPS and pay extra for packing and protective bubble wrap.

I went the T-Mobile on Lakeshore Blvd in Oakland to get a new screen protector. This was my 3rd time doing this. The 1st two times was a breeze, but this 3rd time was crazy. Employee Andrea , whose nails was over 1 inch long decided she was only there TOO BE CUTE. I had to get another employee to prepare my phone to be fixed. After she put my screen protector on she told me I had to put my phone back together because IT WAS MY PHONE. I HAD TO GET HER CO WORKER TO PUT MY PHONE BACK TOGETHER. THIS GIRL WAS EXTREMELY OUT OF ORDER.

I recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. I needed assistance with the transition process after calling customer service and being told I needed to do in person verification. I was very disappointed to go into the Lakeshore location just to be told to call customer service. The person I spoke with didn’t offer to help by calling customer service with me. I changed my pin, got my account number and felt like I was left to do her job. I came in expecting to get support with something I wasn’t familiar with and left feeling worse than coming in. It was a great reminder why I went to Verizon. UPDATE: I went in today and Michael and Mark both helped me figure out my transfer pin. So happy with them. I felt supported.
