Tyson was the mechanic that assisted me. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I needed a new battery & to replace it involved removing a piece over the battery or near the battery. It involved additional detail work than replacing a normal battery! He patiently explained the procedure to me. Then he completed the procedure to me, in record time! I had settled into what I thought was going to be a long conversation with a friend. I am glad he finished within 30 minutes because I was so tired of talking to my friend! Needless, to say I am very thankful for his expertise! I highly recommend his services and this AutoZone location!

Morgan was amazing. Her customer service goes above and beyond. I was stressed that my car said pull over and let engine run. I was afraid of being stranded. I pulled into this location and Morgan was quick to ease me. She check my battery and said "yes, you need a new one and then offered to install it when I purchased it. She didn’t wait for me to ask she actually offered her services. She then told me my father who has an Auto Zone account but lives 80 miles away could go pay for it and have the ticket sent to her to give me the battery. I will forever be an Auto Zone customer first and foremost. So impressed with the kindness generosity and knowledge of their employees. #Autozoneyourautopartsstorewithaheart.

Came in for an OBD scan and Kyle was superficial with helping. Checked my oil, helped me find the battery fastener for my car, and was very enthusiastic to help. 11/10 will visit again for all my future car needs.

I came in a few weeks ago and the store was busy but I can't believe how much help I received from Morgan. I was told by my mechanic that I needed new spark plugs. He was going to charge me $300 for changing them if I got them mysel. I came in assuming I would just get my parts and walk out, but instead she helped make sure I had everything I need to change the spark plugs myself in the parking lot. She save me so much time and money! Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Sandra helped me purchase windshield wipers, and she was amazing. She offered to install them and she was tremendously helpful.
