Huge shoutout to Tray, the assistant manager at this location! I called in looking for new batteries, and Tray not only helped me find the perfect ones but also handled the installation quickly and professionally. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

Happy with the service i dropped some oil to recycle and they took it. Unlike autozone that make people go to back to store to drop it like if you work there. I did buy some product from this store too.

Bad customer service stood there for about 5 minutes by the register waiting to get checked out and the employee at the counter did not even acknowledge i was there while on the computer.

My husband recently died and I am left to maintain a 1999 Toyota. It has 250,000 miles on it and uses oil. I needed my oil checked and so Pep Boys said " bring it over!". Guy was so nice and checked it, showed me the level ...it needed some so he helped me pick the brand and put it in for me. He was VERY HELPFUL to me and I greatly appreciate his kindness and his time. He is an excellent example of "customer service". Good job Pep Boys!!!
