AutoZone Auto Parts

I recently visited the location at 128 SW 29th St and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly know their stuff. They walked me through everything — from the initial issue to the recommended solution — and made sure I understood what was involved. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises.

Went in to go get a headlight Bulb for my car and I stood in For about a good minute, waiting on the employees to stop laughing and playing around. Even when I was talking about the car model of my car, she cut me off to continue to laugh at what the other employee was saying about whatever they were talking about before I got there At that point, I wanted to leave, but I didn’t because I needed the Bulb. This is the night of 9/29/25 around 8:15pm

Needed a new truck battery while on vacation. I'm not much of a car guy and despite it being very busy, the man at the counter, Micah, was super helpful in testing, buying, and even installed the battery for me. It definitely made an annoying situation better to be assisted by such a friendly person!

I had bought a vehicle and had to go to this AutoZone for a battery and motor oil. I paid and headed towards my car and once I stepped off of the curb right there at the door I slipped in a pretty big puddle of oil. I hurt my tailbone and my back. It was at night and I can't see all that well at night plus holding a car battery and a big jug of oil it was a hard slam to the concrete. An auto parts store such as AutoZone should seriously consider parking lot inspections for such hazardous potential. I normally go to advance auto parts or Napa and have never had anything remotely happen like this at any other place. It's been two weeks and my back and tailbone are still pretty screwed up.

Lazy workers sitting on the countertop not wanting to help a customer! I went in and explained what was going on with my car. They didn’t even try to help me. They told me I needed to take my vehicle to a body shop. I asked them again, they said Nope! Take it to a body shop! So I said ok thank you, I then walked around the store, took me a while, but I found what I was looking for. I just needed some sealant! They were too busy chit chatting among themselves instead of helping out a customer.

Only one of the staff was friendly and helpful. Others seemed like they hate their jobs.

Calendario helped me to fix a simple car issue and I spent less than 18 dollars and 10 minutes repairing it, instead of pay 200 dollars to a Crooked mechanic. Don't just believe any mechanic, if something is wrong with your vehicle, take it to AUTOZONE AND LET THEM RUN A DIAGNOSTIC SCAN.
