Batteries Plus

Lost my key fob and was able to have it replaced and programmed for less than half of what the dealership was going to charge. It was ordered and received within two days. Took about 20 minutes to program. The employees were extremely service oriented and appeared to have plenty of knowledge for my needs.I highly recommend the Batteries Plus on S Santa Fe and I 240.

I went to Batteries Plus to get my iPhone screen replaced and everything was explained for what I was expected to deal with. I told that it would be an hour to an hour and half wait, so I went to nasty Chili's Bar and Grill to kill time (they were actually good this time) however I get back to the Batteries Plus and Jensen told me that the screen that they had attempted to to replace was defective, they called me to tell me that the part was defective, but I didn't have my phone. That didn't make any sense. The store manager Leilani wasn't any help either. I suggested that they place some chairs in the establishment so customers could have the option to wait inside while they replace parts.

I went in to have the rubber buttons on my key fob replaced, but they used superglue on the button, which caused it to stop working entirely. When I explained that the key fob was working perfectly before the repair, the staff got defensive instead of trying to help. I ended up having to spend 200 dollars on a new key because of the damage. I wouldn’t recommend their services for key fob repairs.

Don’t buy batteries from here it’s a scam you buy with warranty and they put clauses in the fine print they don’t tell you about only promoting the warranty as if you want have any problem then when it’s time to warranty you they give every excuse

I was charged twice for a battery purchase. I am not sure if it was a battery plus purchase or a PayPal issue
