Called and they had my battery. Picked up battery. I did not get cussed out or pressured for a tip. Easy experience. I was referred and got it all done on my lunch break with time to spare.

0/10 recommend. I bought a battery in January, had to come back in March to get a new one. The staff is rude, everyone, and I mean everyone seems irritable, or as if you’re bothering them. The front desk worker locked my keys in my car, so they had to pry open my window and gas tank, leaving damages (Pictures listed). Seems like there isn’t any new batteries, and they’re all refurbished. Went the next day to talk to the manger (Tim or Jim) he wasn’t helpful, made it seem as if it was my fault they locked the keys in the car, leaving damages. I asked what do they normally do when they damage cars in their possession, he said they don’t do anything, "Oh well", I’m not getting anything today, and see you in court.

I've got a few batteries from here and I had 1 battery go bad within 5 years and although the policy states they needed a receipt, I was able to show other proof of payments and they still honored their warranty. Very appropriative of how they handled the service.
