I was fortunate enough that my tire blowing out happened on the road right before this dealership. At 7:56 am I was met with kindness and grace from the GM and the entire staff. I need to thank Diane Pilgrim for her amazing grace and hospitality. She went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. Thank you so very much! Truly! I will buy a trailer from her. Thank you!

Purchased a 24 Keystone Bullet 330bkq about a year and a half ago from my salesman Bryce. Bryce was very professional and helpful. Recently needed some small repairs and when I called on phone he remembered me and thanked me. Jimmy and Bobby have always been very pleasant to deal with in the service center. We met Reagan at the RV show earlier in the year. We didn't know what we were looking for and couldn't decide on what to do with our older unit. He was very helpful and listened to what we liked/disliked and took it all down. Eventually, we decided to put our old unit on consignment with them. They did a great job moving the unit and took care and pride in showing it. We had it on another lot before, and that was not the case. He called with updates regularly, and they handled everything. When we finally decide on another floorplan, we will give Reagan the first shot at helping us find what we want. Also, we would like to thank the rest of the team for being friendly and welcoming even though we weren't buying. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed renting "Scotty" for our family vacation this year! With years of experience using RVs and travel trailers, we were impressed with how smooth the entire process was—thanks to Brittney. She went above and beyond, walking us through all of the features and steps needed to make our trip to Myrtle Beach easy and stress-free. She even did a full walkthrough and test drive to ensure we were completely comfortable before hitting the road. We did encounter a fluke issue with the RV during our travels, but it didn’t impact our trip. We reached out to Brittney, and she made sure we were taken care of once we returned. Her customer service was outstanding. The only suggestion we have is to establish a more direct line of communication for after-hours support, specifically to the rental department. We will absolutely rent from Ron Hoover RV and Marine of OKC again and look forward to working with Brittney in the future!

I had been a patron and avide supporter of Lewis RV for years, the only ones trusted to work on my 5th wheel. I hauled it 140 miles to them for repairs. After being called in Nebraska, 500 miles away to come get it. I get there and the 1st 2 things on the list were not done. One month later I get off work and go after my trailer again. Get back to Nebraska and 30 days later go to move from an apartment to the camper and disaster. I had purchased the Premium service package for 1K dollars. Check it out on their website, Spent 7K in their shop. My water connection was leaking inside the access, my battery was totally corroded and dead, my brand new tank less water heater would not work, rear toilet that was REPAIRED, the ball wouldn't function cause it was broke, and 1/2 the slide seals are shot. AND IM STILL FINDING ISSUES. If you deal with them go above and beyond to check behind what they supposedly said they done!!!
