The Home Depot

We were looking for soil and bought some. However we didn't buy any indoor plant because of the high prices. $14.99 for a small plant is just too much. We had to ask 5 employees until we got the right information where to find ice melt. The 5th employee was the only one interested in helping us. Others were just busy talking or seemed to know less than customers!

Seems like 90% of the store products are in cages now. Makes it very hard to shop. Will not return to this store ever. Also, maybe clean the store. This location has been plagued with dust for years. Most products have a layer of dust that should be reserved for Flea Markets. (edit) "Owner" responded with non-functioning random generated link to somewhere on the internet.

any project i can think of its more than likely HD will have the supplies needed. many times i have popped in with certain items in mind only to find something better and super happy they have a wide selection to choose from. if i can't find it in store its probably available online. easy enough, big fan!

Excellent kitchen and bathroom designer, if you need a kitchen or bathroom designer then this is the place. Employees are helpful when needed. I don't care for the self checkout station. Over that reason if I mist have that day then I go, but if I can wait then I order from the internet and have it delivered.

Affordable prices but, hard to find somethings.they need to add more information on post and advertise

6 different items during a construction project that I purchased through this store (Fort Smith) arrived broken/destroyed delaying the project by weeks/months while awaiting replacements. Not even an apology offered from Home Depot…in fact rather than simply replace the broken items they insisted on crediting my card back and having me purchase the items again…further delaying the project as they take their time giving you your money back. Attempted to return the faucet that didn’t fit the broken vanity (because the only type now available took a different configuration) only to be told by a crusty old punk that was working customer service that "no one there was going to be able to help me". So after multiple project delays, multiple hassles and necessary re-orders, I get to deal with an entitled elderly punk (I wish I remembered his name) working their customer service. Never again Home Depot. You guys are absolutely terrible in every way that matters.

Husky warranty is excellent. I walked in with a husky ratchet that worked good but was missing one of the head screws. They took it and I walked out with a brand new ratchet.
