This location was great! If you need your phone fixed within a 2-3.5hr window. You have to attend this location. If you have the option to choose which store, choose this one. My phone was iPhone 16pro max, a lot of details and precision go into the pro. They took care of me and I was able to get in and get out and my phone works brand new.

Troy is awesome! Highly skilled technicians for all makes and models but this is also a certified Google Pixel repair center!

Jade helped us today. She was very helpful and patient! We had a problem with the battery on a laptop. She helped us turn on the laptop and download all of the important files we needed. While everything was downloading, we were able to watch her help other customers. She approaches every customer with kindness and a willingness to help. I would gladly trust her and this team with any of my electronics.

I took my iPhone there cause my daughter screen wasn’t working. I spoke with Chris at the front counter and received the most amazing experience and he’s so customer service friendly. I’ve went to other repair places and they were never any help or informative like how Chris was. If you’re ever in the area and need any devices repaired Chris is your guy.

I messed up by cramming a nano SIM card into my very old Samsung phone instead of a micro card. Made an appointment, but this wonderful technician behind the counter named " Nate, but I'm happy to help" did the fix on a "while U wait" basis. Highly recommended place, especially if you have phones that have recalls due to battery issues like Google pixels or just about any phone. Go there!

Experience here was great. Went in for a warranty repair on my wife's phone. Took a while but we went and shopped while we waited. Overall, employees were very nice and the phone got fixed. Exactly what I wanted.

Brought my wife’s iPad in for a charging issue this morning, and they identified the issue and fixed it on the spot. Granted, it was a quick fix (broken piece of the charger in the port), but the guy got it squared away on the spot, rather than making us drop it off and come back. Five stars and will be back after this great customer service is experience.
