I had a very good experience with RideNow Powersports Kansas City. Their service was professional, and their customer support was excellent. A special thanks to Dathan for his patience and helpful attitude throughout the entire process of purchasing my 2023 Indian Pursuit Premium. He explained everything clearly and made sure all steps were handled smoothly. I am currently in the process of completing the title transfer and final paperwork. Found a beautiful M109r in stock there and walked in to take a look. Zakk Carter was very helpful and helped me walk out with it. No pressure, no problems. Just good people all around was my first experience with Zakk and Eric, except for Eric Banda having me sign a bunch of papers, lol. I was eyeing an FTR and fell madly in love with the new Indian bike. It had taken me back to when I used to race dirt bikes and ride the rockets with the set up and powerplant. It had been about a week and the M109r was already putting a smile on my face hands down, of course. I was still really motivated to check out the FTR and get a ride. I hopped online and looked up the one I was interested in and set up a time to go get all over it with Zakk Carter again. I went in and didn’t have great expectations of leaving with ones but had to see what I could do and if it was something I really would love in the stable. I arrived and it was kind of funny that I was there, not to return my M109r but look at another to the rest of the staff who had met me and kindly walked up to say hello and where more stories. I spent some time with Zakk C.and Eric B. And the next thing I know, everything fell into place. No hassles whatsoever, so smooth I just waited and Eric walks up to shake my hand stating we got it done and as close to my terms as one could expect. Trust the process. To add to it all, they have a fantastic inventory of preowned units in stock and can find almost anything one would want. RideNow and their staff, especially Zakk and Eric, gets 5 stars, two thumbs way way up, will eat there again!!! Thanks RideNow, Zakk and Eric.

At first, I went in several times not intending to purchase, but just to look around. Despite knowing this, the sales team was never pushy and answered my questions. When I was ready to purchase a 2025 Challenger, they were still very non-pressure in their sales approach and incredibly helpful in answering my questions. They were patient and worked with me to determine several different payment options, from loan options to cash. Overall, it was a great experience. The entire team at RideNow was helpful, honest, and friendly, and I think they've earned an Indian a customer for life.

Would recommend this place to anyone!! Zach M and Al were THE BEST!!!!! Couldn’t find a bike I was interested in within my budget but Zach kept an eye out for one and matched me with the perfect bike!! I couldn’t be happier! Service department was super quick ensuring the bike was ready to go! I will definitely be returning and referring all family and friends their way. Thank you guys for an awesome experience! I bought a 2025 Indian Super Scout from Ride Now Kansas City. I worked with Adam & Jason on the purchase. Drove up from Nashville, TN for this special bike! I have to say, these two gentlemen took such great care of us. They took the time to make sure we understood every detail of the bike, made suggestions for upgrades we might consider, and safety instructions for hauling it back home to Tennessee.
