Battery Junction

I've been a Battery Junction customer for more than 15 years and they always have competitive prices and great service. I appreciate the free shipping on my orders, and I get them very quickly. I mostly buy batteries, but I've gotten some really cool LED flashlights over the years - it's amazing how quickly the technology has changed! I highly recommend Battery Junction! I like being able to support a family owned small business, especially one that that doesn't hide it's phone number, and doesn't send me to offshore call centers.

Website and ordering process does not work well. I had lots of wait time to gain access to the ordering platform, and once I got in, tir dropped my order several times before I successfully placed it. Otherwise, prices are about as good as you can find for batteries.

I would give 5 Stars, but the customer service is not very good. Nobody knows if my order is actually shipped or how. My online order disappeared from my profile and they don't know why and when it will reappear? They do have a Lot of Good Priced Products at good prices, but Customer Service is not Very Good. They can do better! They also make You Pay for the return shipping, most companies don't do that. Do Better if you want More of My Business

I placed this flashlight order today, but then I see its back ordered until Oct. Which is ok as long as you don't hit my credit card until then. That's so illegal. I haven't rec'd any notification of it being b/o. Check it out please. Small sample of collection. Have 178 Surefires. Need one more

Great Service! Economical Prices. Quality product lineup. Rechargeable flashlights & headlamps are my go-to accessories and you won't find a better deal on their ProCell AA & AAA batteries in the 24 box contractor pack. Best of all they are 20 minutes from my home so I always drop in to pick up my orders big or small when traveling on I-95 through Westbrook CT
