I am a strong, independent woman however I have no idea how to check levels & such on my car. The manager & employees at this shop have ALWAYS been helpful. The man working when I went in actually taught me how to check my oil. How kind! He checked the air pressure on all four of my cars tires. Now that is incredible customer service!!! I appreciate that so much. Good customer service will keep customers loyal to your business. Thank You to the staff at Advanced Auto on 24th off Vinton Street in South Omaha. SOB APPROVED!

If I could give Frank 10 stars I would! I rolled in with a flat tire. My husband got it off and Frank patched it for us free of charge!

The other parts stores near me don’t provide the excellent customer service that the associates at Advance Auto parts have always provided. Really, big difference!

To say that this was an unimpressive experience would be an understatement. I ordered my parts online, in order to save 15%. Their website shows that this store has plenty of everything I ordered, so all is well. Until I get to the store. That's when I find out that what I ordered is completely out of stock. Even though their website still shows everything in stock. The kid at the counter clearly has no clue what to do, and the manager's response was a flippant, "Yeah that's always off. You have to call the store first." No. Actually I don't have to call the store first. And won't. There are lots of other places to buy parts, so that's what I'll be doing. *Edit: Spare me the computer-generated response below, that says nothing and doesn't include any contact information.

These guys helped me out when no one else would! Ward got my battery installed no problem and Mike got me a great deal on an extended warranty. Definitely first pick of auto stores on 24th st!

I was driving on fumes. I tried to get gas and I had a frozen locking gas cap, and the key broke off, and I got it off with channel locks. I went here to buy a regular gas cap. Forgot to take a photo, but I will tomorrow. No problem got the right one. The guy behind the counter had me make sure it fit..The way its suppose to go..thats about it bye
