Easy online process to order the needed battery and was ready to pick up. Sales associate was helpful, attentive and cordial. Nice little store.

They sold me rechargeable batteries specifically for a vape that are specifically engineered not to fit in a vape because it would blow up in your face but would not refund them because I had opened the package to find out that they didn't fit. They sold me a battery charger for them that they wouldn't even fit in and that wouldn't even register smaller batteries presence when they were inserted. They managed to get it to register the smaller batteries for about 10 seconds after spending about 3-4 minutes tinkering with them. Durring that time it was indicating that that all batteries inserted were faulty including the perfectly good one I had brought from home. Then it stopped working again but they refused to refund it because they claimed that they "Got it to work." Update: Their request from them for an Email to solve my issues was nothing but trying to make themselves look better. They never responded to it.

They always have the supplies I need and are happy to install and test them for you. I will always come here for batteries and bulbs. Always very courteous and friendly too and the prices are reasonable.

BEWARE! I took my iPhone 7 Plus in for screen repair and my phone was returned to me badly damaged! The entire width of the top & bottom metal frame around the glass was completely gouged up. Them employee admitted to me that they had to "pry" the glass out and that's what caused the damage. I asked to speak to a manager. They called Dan on his cell phone and I told him what happened. He said they would take care of repairing the phone and to call him back the next day. I then took my phone to Apple and they informed me the case cannot be repaired - it's not a separate piece you can replace - the entire phone had to be replaced. I paid for this out of pocket to the tune of nearly $400 and called Dan back the next day and he told me he wouldn't be reimbursing me ANYTHING! Other things to point out with their "hack job" of an attempt to replace the screen - their poor quality aftermarket screens don't work at all in the sunlight with polarized sunglasses so you can’t see your screen outside or anytime you have sunglasses on & the home button was crooked & raised when they gave it back to me. It was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! To anyone else with an iPhone - go to the Apple store and they do certified screen replacements for the same price these hacks are trying to rip people off for!

Ordered online & within minutes my order was available to be picked up - amazing! Quite a nice selection of items available in store. I did call ahead to confirm someone else won't have any issues grabbing my order & the staff member on the phone was kind and helpful. I have heard many others have great experiences here just walking in & getting help with any battery needs. This is why I chose to support this location & get my item here. It's nice to have brick and mortar stores to be able to get our items & I'm happy to support especially when the customer service is great!
