Bought my 2nd Harley in just under a year from Eric at Defiance Harley-Davidson about a week ago. Eric is friendly, knowledgeable and a great salesman. The entire store - Retail, Sales, Parts, Service, Finance is great at what they do. Shout out to Becky, Eric, John, Santana, Kerry, Casey and the rest of the team! They treat you like family. I am very happy to have found this dealership and highly recommend them for your next new or used Harley. Top-notch service all around!

Nice people work here! I stopped in today and picked up a new pair of gloves, poker chips, and a dealership pin, all while having a great conversation with the person working in motorclothes. I wish more businesses had people like her working with customers. An excellent experience!

This place is lucky to have the support from its community and employees. Henry helped introduce a 2009 Dyna Street bob to me. I was immediately hooked. The entire team at Defiance has such a strong passion for Harley’s that this small family is created to support and help anyone interested in buying, trading, or even servicing their ride. These guys absolutely saved the day. Was in between states, got a low pressure alert. Brought it in, and the techs proceeded to extract a screw the size of a light post out of the rear tire, put on a new one and sent me on my way.
