Energy Nerds - Omaha

Josh and Ysrael arrived today to blow 17" inches of insulation into my attic. Very nice guys, great cleanup, and the work looks fantastic. I was able to pop my head up there myself before they left to take a look and they sent me photos. Huge difference and happy I went with the nerds!

The person who came by to offer a quote seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I was quoted $4,485.00 for "cavity insulation ceiling cellulose" and 1500 sq ft We ended up accepting another company’s bid. The other company had excellent reviews (5-star rating on Google maps). The bid was for the same product, the same r-value, and same sq footage. That company quoted less than $2,500. Due to the large difference in price from a company with better ratings offering the exact same products and r-value, it was a no-brainer to choose the second bid. UPDATE: Even though I never signed anything or agreed to work with this company, I keep getting texts asking me to pay an invoice that is even more than I was originally quoted for.

I shopped around for an attic remediation service. Energy Nerds was responsive, and affordable. Kaden was honest and professional. He and his teammate did a fantastic job! They explained the process beforehand, kept me updated during and showed pictures afterwards. I would recommend Energy Nerds for any attic work!

Kaiden and Will did a great job. There is already a noticeable difference in that the residence is less drafty. They were detailed oriented making sure the job was done well. Overall, they were friendly and professional with excellent customer service.

Kayden and Will came to do our insulation. We had a fantastic experience. Kayden came out to do our initial consultation and estimate. He was clear, direct, and knowledgeable. He was able to talk through the pros and cons of all of our options, and help us figure out what made the most sense for our family.

Kaden and Will were fantastic from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company to prove my attic insulation needed to be replaced after a thunderstorm caused water damage to my roof. They fully removed and replaced all of the attic insulation over two days and remediated issues left by previous installers. Bonus point: They are great with animals, introducing themselves to my dog and ensured that the cats did not escape by closing doors behind them. Highly recommend!
