Extra Space Storage

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! When I decided to get a storage unit, I shopped around a little, but was immediately impressed with the number of positive reviews for this location. I especially liked all the comments about how great it was to work with the site manager, Dean. And, it certainly didnt hurt that the prices i found online were about $40 a month less than the nearby competitor! I started the online process of reserving a unit, but had a question about the locks and called the listed number. I ended up speaking to Demetra, at the main call center, and she was MORE than helpful. She answered my question, and then actually offered to go through the rental process with me over the phone in case I had any other questions. She was an absolute delight, probably the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. I had my unit number and access code and was all set. When I went to the facility, i stopped at the office to find out where my unit was. I met John ( who was very pleasant and helpful ) and later met Dean - when I needed some help with the lock. Dean was every bit as professional and helpful as all the reviews said. He even offered to switch my unit when we opened it and realized there were a couple of oil stains from the previous renter. Even though this is just day one, I know I made the right choice with ExtraSpace at 192/Edna. It is an affordable, very clean facility, run by people who care about the customer!

This location is wonderful! I have had a couple of different size units here big and small (indoor units). They are all so we'll kept and clean! Dean is an excellent property manager and he is great at communicating and responding. He's often even readily nearby on the property if needed. I have many units at other places over the yrs and this facility is at the top of my list in terms of quality and service. Top tier! Thanks Dean and staff!

I highly recommend Extra Storage Space on 192nd and Edna. Dean was awesome!!! He is very polite and friendly. He offered us water and came back to offer his help loading a couple heavy items. I have NEVER had a Manager offer to help load anything! He even came out to the car with our deposit and gave us ice cold bottles of water!!! Thank you, Dean, for the outstanding customer service!!!

Dean was awesome to work with and very accommodating while we were unloading all of our containers. He even offered us coffee and drinks while we were loading our unit. And it’s the cleanest / nicest storage facility I’ve ever been to before

Great storage facility. Clean, well lit and has easy access. Reservation process was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. The manager at the facility, Dean, is awesome. He helped me set up the app and lock etc. I highly recommend this location.

Dean the facility manager was unbelievably helpful. He exceeded our expectations in every way: checking on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions, checked on our unit after we left and found we hadn’t secured the unit correctly so he made sure it was and even offered to help lift an item that we were struggling to handle. I will use his facility whenever I have a need for temporary storage. He was great and the facility was clean and well kept.

I have a unit at Extra storage and my first contact was with Dean. He’s very straight forward and communicated well. Extra helpful. I would recommend extra space because of Dean he’s a great advocate for his company.
