Shelly with goodbytes is a 10/10 cashier and customer service professional. My mother and I went in completely confused. Shelly walked me through every step of using the piece of tech I bought and patiently taught me. She was also very helpful with all other customers in the store and treated everyone with the same respect and kindness we received. Now I know what I’m doing and will always mentally thank Shelly for being a superstar and a #1 human being.

Bought laptop charger, I understand bin is As Is. Still a bummer to spend money on something that didn't work. Will look closer next time

Nice Consols. Retro. Clean. A Xbox 360 Elite bundle for 59.99 it's with a power cable, controller, and other cables. It has a tester station for people who are testing and buying. I'm planning on getting an 360 Elite bundle.

When you're on a budget and and want a game console/computer to get the job done at a reasonable price, come here. I bought a Xbox One S and it works great. I will say the One S was a little steep in price as it was $110.00. I'd say atleast $80 would have been more reasonable since the console is basically dead and it didnt come with power cables. Keep in mind none of the consoles will come with a power and or AV/HDMI cables, the price you see on the console is just for the console. They say they do test their stuff before displaying them so it shouldn't be a gamble. BTW, the lady behind the counter is super cool and if you have any questions, she'll be more than happy to help.

The attitude and the behaviors of these employees is deplorable. But I totally understand why the employees are this way because the manager is this way . I went to Good Bytes in Omaha today- they had a game that the manager stated that he had marked down to $93, just today- Still GROSSLY OVERPRICED! I, respectfully, asked for a discount to $85 Plus tax. After dealing with the very rude cashier who continually rolled her eyes at me and initially ignored my request to speak to a manager- she was extremely dismissive. This EXTREMELY used game was going to need to be resurfaced and the case was broken and dirty- Thus the reason I asked for a discount and he refused - and when I mentioned the condition of the used, donated item, he immediately started cursing at me that he was sick of people asking for a discount - Maybe the theme, and similarities in those requests was that this item was obviously overpriced, and the ridiculousness in parasitic practices are not to be ignored by when people are bringing this to their attention. But the fact that other conversations caused his dismay, I felt, was unacceptable to be taken out on me during our first conversation concerning this item. He told me he didn’t give a damn that they get them for free, and the whole 9 yards - The level of disrespect unyielding. Do better Goodwill, especially when we have spent, literally, hundreds of dollars on electronics in that same store and have never asked for a discount before.

Provide Great service and are a very helpful resource for those of us who can't afford "off the rack" prices.
